Moby Capital

Context & my role

Three brands, one organized workflow

Marketing Specialist · July 2024 to February 2025

I supported websites and digital creative for Moby Capital, Orca Capital and Everest Point Capital. My role combined hands-on content and WordPress updates with visual direction, user experience support and contributor coordination.

My contribution: content organization, website updates, creative feedback, revision tracking, campaign materials and ClickUp project organization. Design and delivery were collaborative.

“Bank Say No? We Say Yes!” makes the audience’s obstacle the opening line. Short benefit statements lead to one action: “See How Much You’re Eligible For.”

This example from my marketing work shows how I organize a compact digital message: an immediate hook, a scannable value proposition, and a visible call to action.

My contribution: marketing content and creative development within the Moby team’s campaign workflow.

Orca Capital

A distinct identity within a shared workflow

Orca’s visual identity pairs a darker palette with direct service messaging. Working across multiple brands called for attention to each brand’s voice and presentation while keeping content, feedback, and updates organized.

This historical capture shows the brighter visual approach and prominent introduction to funding services. I supported content updates and creative revisions while keeping brand-specific decisions organized within the wider website workflow.

Process & collaboration

Turning feedback into clear next steps

Organize the page. Connect service information, brand messaging and the inquiry path through content and WordPress updates.

Clarify the revision. Gather contributor feedback, identify the requested change and keep the current version visible.

Track delivery. Use ClickUp tasks, documented procedures and organized files to keep work moving across three brands.

Support the campaign. Carry approved messaging into email and digital materials, then contribute to reporting.

What this work demonstrates

Creative judgment with practical follow-through

This work brings together content, brand awareness, user experience, and project coordination. My contribution was both creative and operational: helping shape the work, then making feedback, revisions, and handoffs easier to manage.

The website examples are reference captures of the brands I supported. The sites may have evolved since my role ended. Design and delivery were collaborative.
